Syrniki Blackberry

Syrniki are traditional Eastern European cottage cheese pancakes, popular in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. Their name comes from the Slavic word "syr" (сыр), meaning cheese. Originally created as a way to use up farmer’s cheese, they have been a beloved breakfast staple for centuries. Today, they are considered one of the signature dishes at Liberty, known for their perfect balance of crispiness and creaminess.

These Syrniki with Blackberry Jam, Mascarpone Cream, and Lime Zest are a true indulgence. Golden brown on the outside and irresistibly soft inside, they pair beautifully with the rich mascarpone cream and the tart sweetness of blackberry jam. Hash brown with mushrooms

This Hash Brown with Mushrooms is a vibrant and flavorful dish that combines crispy textures with fresh, herbaceous notes.
